Our versatile fleet of machines gives us the freedom to carry out a wide variety of machining tasks flexibly and cost-effectively.

In turning, we cover a broad spectrum with various types of machines—from simple workpieces to complex turned and milled parts. We can machine workpieces with a length of up to 6,000 mm.

We also rely on high-performance machines and automated processes for milling. Our Hedelius Acura 85 with a pallet storage system and automatic loading combines high production output with a high degree of process reliability. The machine park is complemented by a Hedelius Tiltenta T11 as well as RS505 and RS605.

For particularly demanding and large-format machining operations, we have our 5-axis universal bed milling and drilling center from Bimatec Soraluce available. With this machine, we can machine workpieces up to 3,500 × 1,250 × 1,200 mm.

Our manufacturing process is designed to meet a variety of requirements cost-effectively.

Sometimes it’s a single complex component. Sometimes it’s a recurring series. Sometimes it’s a large-format workpiece that requires special machining strategies and corresponding machine capacities.

We can draw on a variety of technologies, allowing us to carry out manufacturing tasks on the machines best suited to the job.
