A surface is no accident.

It is the result of precise machining.

A surface must do more than just look good. It must be suitable for the application, have the right texture, and meet the requirements of its intended use.

That is why we offer a wide range of mechanical and chemical surface treatments—from initial processing to final finishing.

Whether grinding, deburring, chamfering, matting, or polishing: We process your components exactly as required by function, appearance, and application.

Every material has its own language.

We express them.

Using our Kuhlmeyer belt grinding machine as well as equipment from Lismac and Weber, we perform targeted machining of components, deburr edges, round off contours, and create defined surface textures.

For stainless steel, we have our own spacious glass bead blasting system at our disposal. This allows us to remove tarnish and uniformly matte-finish even large components.

When a particularly fine finish is required, we grind and polish components to a surface roughness of less than 0.1 µm.

In addition, we coordinate and carry out other surface treatment processes such as:

Electroplating · Hot-dip galvanizing · Anodizing · Chrome plating · Powder coating and much more.

If something is well-made, it should also look good.

We make sure that the two come together.

The right surface finish doesn’t happen by chance. It results from the right process, experience in machining, and an understanding of the component’s requirements.

Thanks to our in-house equipment and the combination of various processes, we can treat surfaces precisely and integrate many steps directly into our manufacturing process.

This ensures short lead times, high flexibility, and consistent quality—from the initial grinding to the finished coating.
