Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) Specialization: Mechanical and Plant Engineering
Individual parts become assemblies. Assemblies become machines. And you’re right in the middle of it all.
As an industrial mechanic, you’ll learn to manufacture components, read technical drawings, and assemble complex machines and systems. You’ll work with a wide variety of materials, tools, and manufacturing processes, and learn step by step how a functioning system is created from many individual components.
This is perfect for you if you:
enjoy hands-on work, have a good grasp of technical concepts, and want to know how machines really work.
The end result is a machine. And you’ll be able to say: I helped build that.
Machining Technician (m/f/d) Turning and Milling Technology
Swarf flies here. And precision counts.
As a machinist, you’ll manufacture components that require the highest level of accuracy. You’ll work on modern lathes and milling machines, learn about CNC technology, and transform metal into high-precision components for our machines and systems.
Sometimes, the tolerances are down to hundredths of a millimeter.
This is perfect for you if you:

Technical Product Designer (m/f/d) Specialization: Mechanical and Plant Engineering
Before we can build anything, someone has to turn an idea into a technical solution.
As a Technical Product Designer, you’ll work with modern CAD systems and develop detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials. In doing so, you’ll collaborate closely with our design, manufacturing, and assembly teams.
This way, you’ll see how your model on the screen turns into a real component or even an entire machine.
This is the perfect fit for you if you:
have spatial awareness, find technology exciting, and enjoy working on a computer.
First on your screen. Later, weighing several metric tons in our assembly hall.
Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d)
Mechanical engineering isn’t just about the workshop.
As an industrial business administrator, you’ll learn about the business side of an internationally active mechanical engineering company. You’ll work in various departments—such as purchasing, sales, accounting, human resources, and marketing—and gain a comprehensive insight into our business processes.
You’ll communicate with customers and suppliers, work with numbers and quotes, and learn the business side of our projects.
This is the perfect fit for you if you:
enjoy organizing, are a good communicator, and are interested in both business and technology.

Dual Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering
Do you want to study mechanical engineering, but not just sit in a lecture hall?
With a dual degree program at THEILEN, you’ll combine academic learning with real-world industrial experience.
What you learn in school about design, materials, manufacturing, or technical concepts isn’t just limited to books and formulas here—you’ll encounter it in real machines, components, and customer projects.
You’ll gain practical experience early on, get to know our company, and be able to apply your knowledge right away.
